Synopsis from the Philippines VCD release: “Rocky (Redford White) was born and grew up with unusual ignorance and insensitivity. But he has this golden heart to help other people especially those being abused. He is often seen defending his friends against their enemies and one day, he was asked by a rich man if he wants to be a boxer in exchange for big money. He grabbed the offer and was able to defeat the champion, Esteban Dragon (Ruel Vernal) and that made him Rocky Tango, the champion.”
